Rarely, no changes are required after an installation. No matter how hard one tries to prepare everything as well as possible. Changes cannot be ignored. The better the preparation, the smoother the switch. New solutions, new products a user can only get to know them after they have been implemented. It is therefore normal to look at certain aspects differently after some time has passed. Refinements or improvements are the logical consequence. Also, the environment of the customer is constantly changing, so that the solutions must follow and not the other way around. For example, the customer can wish that every change is also carried out in the smallest way. Usually we receive an email or a call with the wishes and our remote service performs the intervention remotely. Quick and easy. Other customers opt for their own management. They wish to make any changes themselves. This is also possible. Most customers, however, find themselves somewhere between these two options.
